Dr. Motanated’s research focuses on utilizing multivariate statistics to evaluate geochemical data and determine geochemical proxies for detecting sedimentological events. In addition to scientific research and teaching, she also serves as the department's graduate program chair and a committee of the CMU School of Lifelong Education. Outside of her roles in academics, in her free time, Dr. Motanated enjoys living her life to the fullest.
