Dr. Mankhemthong of research focuses on regional geological interpretation using integrated surface and field geology, as well as geophysical methods implemented for geological resource assessment, hazard analysis, and tectonic modeling. In addition to scientific research and teaching, he also serves as the deputy head of Department of Geological Sciences and a member of Faculty of Science of Special program administrative committee. Outside of his roles in academics, Dr. Mankhemthong enjoys spending weekends with his family.
